Online Appointment
To schedule an appointment online (up to 21 days in advance):
1. In ‘Select Service’ drop-down, check your major concern, then you will see available times.
2. Select a date and time for your appointment, and click ‘Book Now” button.
3. Follow the screen to log in as an existing user, or register as a first time user.
